OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers and require a Site Manager for internal fit-out to add to their project team on a new build Data Center in West Dublin bordering Kildare
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
DUTIES:
The role will relate to the internal fit out of the projects to include both the Data Center and the Admin building
Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
Quality control and documentation
Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Monitor quality of workmanship & materials,
Keep a daily diary of all relevant events
REQUIREMENTS:
8 yrs plus experience
Experience on internals/interiors/fit-out preferable
The ability to interpret technical drawings
Strong management skills
Either trade or professional qualification
