Established Developer looking to appoint Project Manager to oversee two sites reasonably close-by 90 units in total with an additional 200 due to commence 2022, all based in Mid Wicklow.
Timber frame build through to completion.
Degree or Trade qualified.
Previous housing experience from greenfield site through to handover preferred.
Manage site team - Site Manager, Engineer, Foreman & QS reporting to 1 or 2 day a week on site Contracts Manager.
Salary €75-90K depending on experience + package + bonus + transport.
