Construction Manager Data Center Spain

Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of data centers and require a CSA ( Civil, Structural, Architectural) Construction Manager to add to their project team on a new build datacentre in Northern Spain
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
A reason or logic for reloacting to spain would be an advantage.
Site Manager – Civil Structural and Architectural - Warsaw
Set up Site, supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance
Supervise foremen and other direct staff
Ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to.
To be the main point of contact for CSA subcontractor site management and be involved with the CSA subcontractor selection and procurement process.
To ensure all Requests for Information and Technical submittals issued by the Sub-contracting team on the CSA packages are followed up on and answered in a timely manner to ensure progress is not impacted.
Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same
Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures.
Maintaining a tidy, safe and efficient site at all times
Liaising with the client in a professional manner when required.
10yrs plus experience
Experience on civil and enabling works projects
The ability to interpret technical drawings – such as general arrangements for rebar, setting out and service drawings
Strong management skills
Either trade or professional qualification
