OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers and require an assistant CSA ( Civil, Structural, Architectural) Construction Manager to add to their project team on a new build Data Centre on the Dublin/Kildare border

No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.

You will report to a construction manager or a CSA Lead .You will preferably come from a construction management qualification with 2 years’ experience in either Civils, Build or Industrial.
This is a big opportunity to develop your career in a very structured company on a mega project.

THE ROLE:

Assistant Construction Manager – Civil Structural and Architectural

DUTIES:

Assisting section Construction Manager or CSA Lead
Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
Ensure production and implementation of package contractors Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Quality Control procedures, managing the quality of installation in the area assigned.
Control of drawings, technical submittals, benchmarks, and requests for information via the document control system, monitoring advising the rest of the construction team
Keep a daily diary of all relevant events
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
Maintaining a tidy, safe and efficient site at all times
Liaising with the client in a professional manner when required

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years plus experience.

Experience on civil or Build or enabling works projects

Either trade or professional qualification
