Finishing Foreman Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foremen to manage the day to day finishing works of a large project in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme
Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
Ensuring work is carried out safely
Attending weekly management team meeting
Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
