We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foremen to manage the day to day finishing works of a large housing site in Kilcock (up to 1000 units), reporting to the Site Manager. Our client is one of the leading developers in Leinster, a highly reputable company and has been in business for circa 40yrs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely 
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
