Finishing Foreman 60 units outskirts of Wicklow Town
Our client medium sized developer has a number of sites & land-banks in Wicklow (approximately 600 units due for completion by 2025) the majority in South County Wicklow. They are looking to recruit a Finishing Foreman for 60 unit residential building project on the outskirts of Wicklow Town to manage the day to day finishing works of the project reporting to the Site Manager. There is a continuity of long term employment in the area given the various life cycles of ongoing & upcoming projects.
Ensuring works is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme
Co-ordinating and manage subcontractors
Ensuring work is carried out safely
Attending weekly management team meeting
Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards
Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets
Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site
Agree sub-contractors’ long term and short-term programme and monitor performance
Implement Health & Safety procedures
Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
Managing the day-to-day internal finishes on site
A trade or construction related qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
Trade Qualification or Construction related
Salary €60-75K + transport + package
