Job Description:
* Senior HVAC Engineer with design background and project management experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.
* Good knowledge in design and construction of HVAC systems like, but not limited to Outside Air, Recirculation Air, Smoke Exhaust, General Exhaust, Process Exhaust and other Ventilation Systems
* Experienced in specification, evaluation, validation and documentation of HVAC Design
* Experience with projects which were strongly architecturally driven
* Familiar with international engineering and project execution, have international engineering company or design institute work experience is preferred
* Relevant discipline work experience and familiar with national Chinese and international standard/codes
* Language skill: CET-6, good at listening, speaking, writing English
* Computer skill: familiar with engineering software, Auto CAD 2002 and newer, 3D, Microsoft office, and e-mail, internet use
* Strong communication / negotiation / and presentation skills
* Proper appearance for active development and discussion at the different design stages with international clients
* Experience in quantity and cost evaluation as well as in preparing system related tender packages
* Leading and supervision of engineering team members related to the project
* Strong ability to work with international project teams, willing to travel
* Project Experience in China preferred
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or above, major in HVAC/mechanical engineering + related field. Master degree preferred
* Minimum 10 years total experience, with a minimum of 8 years active involvement in design projects with procurement and construction components
Package
Basic salary from 20,000 to 30,000RMB per month
