Our client is a leading specialist in construction, infrastructure and fit-out. Due to continued expansion, they require M&E Quantity Surveyor for a role based in the Dublin region.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the Mechanical and Electrical section of works within various building projects. You will be responsible for the management of all commercial aspects of the project and ensure the effective delivery and reporting of all the financial requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced QS who are seeking a new role within a company who can offer autonomy, stability and long-term progression.
Requirements:
Relevant Third level Degree.
5+ years’ experience.
Projects include RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres, Hi-Tech etc
Chartered or working towards Chartership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
