Your Role will Involve:

• Working on civil engineering and ground works projects from commencement on site to final account stage on multi-million Euro subcontracts, including contract administration, re-measures, managing variations, and submitting valuations. 
• Preparation of monthly contract review reports.
• Tendering for civil engineering and ground works contracts using the company's tendering system and rates. 
• Managing supply chain for tendering and procurement purposes to ensure competitive and competent supply chain is maintained.
• Agreement of interim payments for valuations with clients and subcontractors.

What you will need: 

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying,
• 3 year's post qualification experience in civil engineering and ground works.
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software, AutoCAD, Microsoft and other construction software.
