Our Client, one of the world's leadifng contracting companies, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Buildings). This role will be based in the Midle East.
The ideal candidate:-
Degree holder with minimum 10 years experience as Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator and must have large scale building project experience
The main tasks of this challenging role are as follows:-
Developing, implementing, monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including financial statements
Document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation, preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties.
Well versed with required computer packages + Primavera will be an added advantage
