They have record levels of work in hand across diverse sectors including construction, mining, telecommunications, energy, facility management and infrastructure investment. They place considerable emphasis on leadership, responsibility and accountability and employ some of the best people in the construction industry.

Job Description:
The expertise focuses on civil infrastructure projects in Greenfield and Brownfield locations for key industry players within the resources market. More recently, our client has diversified their operations and has sustainable business plans in place to support further growth across each of their key business units. Currently our client is looking to grow their Commercial Team by appointing a Cost Manager in a newly created Perth based role. Reporting directly to our Commercial Manager, key responsibilities will be to ensure Project Financial Management policies, procedures and standards are implemented across all projects and financial reports are complied and submitted on a regular basis. You will also be tasked with maintaining long-term working relations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Experienced Cost Managers who are currently working within the construction market but seeking a Perth based opportunity, are encouraged to apply.

It is necessary for candidate can demonstrate experience in a similar role

Package
Basic salary: ranges from E120K pa to E140K pa depending upon experience.
Site allowance: 35-40% of Basic salary
Superannuation (pension) contribution
Total package: E150K - E160K

Annual Leave: 4-5 weeks paid at normal salary
